Harry Styles Dubs Twerking “Inappropriate” And “Promotes Promiscuity”
Harry Styles has revealed his opinions on latest craze ‘twerking’.
Twerking really hit the headlines last week when Miley Cyrus was slammed for her raunchy dancing at the VMA’s.
However, she’s not the only star to have tried out the whole twerking thing, even Harry Styles has had a go!
But, he has revealed that it’s not appropriate to conduct those sort of actions in front of young children, as Miley did.
The boys were questioned about the dance, and definitely didn’t hold back with their feelings.
Liam payne said the dance was “overly sexual” which we so completely agree with.
But, when the One Direction boys are doing it, it’s a whole different story.
Harry Styles added: ”I think it’s quite inappropriate, especially for the age groups it’s aimed at.”
“I think, you know, it’s promoting promiscuity.”
We’ve gotta say, we agree with the boys on this one, but if they want to twerk all over that stage then y’know, we’re not gonna stop them.
The boys did reveeal however, that the best twerker in the group is Niall!
And we definitely do not doubt the truth of that.
It wasn’t long ago when Harry was filmed having a good old twerk at the Teen Choice Awards.
However, upon watching the footage back, he kinda wished he didn’t do it, saying: “Note to self. Don’t ‘twerk”
We’re not complaining, Harry!
